Nokia Cut Mobile Phone Prices

According to a recent report, mobile phone company Nokia will be cutting the prices of their handsets.

It’s always good news for mobile phone fans to hear of price cuts on the devices and that is what Nokia have said that they will be doing. This is due to their sustained success that has meant they have been doing better than their rivals. They have decided to cut the prices of all of their mobile phones in order to put their rivals under more pressure.

The rumours are that Nokia will make the biggest cuts on their 5310 and 5610 music phone models along with the 8GB N81. Apparently all other of their mobile phone handsets will be cut by 10 per cent.

This has reportedly been quite a shock to the mobile phone market and people have been questioning what fellow mobile phone companies will be doing to follow this move. It has been put forward that some may follow suit and cut their prices as well but what would Nokia do then? Cut their prices again? This could mean that we are about to see the beginning of a mobile phone pricing war that can only mean good things for the customers who will have no trouble finding cheap mobile phones.
